Last night I got stuck in one of the most horrible slow-moving traffics in Manila. Brought on by the Holy Week and lots of people going home, I was stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic that lasted for 3 hours! Things would have been much simpler if I had a motorcycle… That way, I’d have breezed through all those cars and gotten to my destination in a jiffy. One day, I’d like to have one of these. Look at those wheels and that engine! I like the fact that this Ducati motorcycle is purple, since it adds a bit of feminine touch to the whole motorcycle. Perfect for a girl like me! *LOL* The black background of the Ducati totally adds to its aura of mystery and makes the bike look all the more alluring. The gray floor at the bottom even complements the purple color of the Ducati motorcycle since it’s more or less the same shade. Makes you want to go out and buy one already! The overall effect of this background gives off the vibe of danger, since it looks sleek, and ready for speed!

A week ago, I met Charlie Patterson, who happens to be one of the pioneers of wakeboarding. He, along with some friends, introduced the sport around the world at a time when wakeboarding was not even recognized as a sport. Now if this picture doesn’t inspire you to try wakeboarding, I don’t know what will. Look at it! It looks simply incredible! There’s the guy sort of flying in the air showing off his move while being pulled by a motorboat. Look at his form and everything! He looks like he’s having fun and enjoying himself. He looks really, really cool! But how does he manage to keep the board beneath his feet? Is it attached or something?

Red is the color of passion, of daring and of adventure. What better color for a car to have other than red, don’t you think so? The Dodge Viper certainly looks really sleek and magnifique! Its top is down which is a huge plus for me, adding to its super cool factor. You just want to go there and test drive it to feel the wind blowing in your hair and the sunset shining down your face. The background totally complements the Dodge, most especially the sunset which is a bit of a pinkish orange that goes well with the red of the car. The floor is more or less a similar color to the sky, only more pink, with the mirror image of the Dodge shining back. This is absolutely one cool MySpace car background!

Now isn’t this a really cool MySpace background, or what? I absolutely love the play of color in this MySpace background. Aside from its being dark, mostly in black and white, I like the different creases and curvatures in this background. Kind of reminds me of a cave with deep crevasses or something. I like that there’s little bits of color in the background, with the instances of pinks and greens. And I’m not exactly sure, but is that a butterfly on the upper side?

If this were a painting, I’d definitely go and buy it. It looks like it has character and a bit of oomph! All in all, it works for me!

This is basically a MySpace background of the LSU Tigers Football Stadium. Now this is definitely what a football stadium looks like at the start of the game. The bleachers are all filled up to the max, the cheerleaders look like they’re already there on the sidelines cheering for the players, and the footballers are out there on the field ready to call on a play. The sky is blue and very clear, a perfect day for a football game. Everything looks great, except for the fact that the picture is kind of blurred. I mean, it looks real and everything, what with the detail on the caps of the audience facing backwards at the bottom of the background, but because of the picture being blurred, it sort of looks a bit painting-like so you don’t get to feel the energy of a football game all that much with this picture.

This is certainly a creepy-looking background, wouldn’t you agree? And oh, so perfect for Halloween, what with the graveyard and all! It kind of reminds me of a scene from the Night of the Living Dead with the dead arm coming out like that.

The night sky is tinged with black and gray, which gives off a sinister aura to the whole background. The gravestone is even smudged with black, which gives off an air of mystery. Couple it with the hand coming out which has blood on it, it’s all in all one very scary Halloween background.

Isn’t Mother Nature really something? This is a wonderful picture of a deer in the wilds in the late afternoon. If I didn’t know any better, I would assume he was part of Santa’s slew of reindeer or something *LOL*. This is a reindeer totally in his element, in his own milieu. The wilds of the forest surround him, and I like the play of light across his features as well as the forest itself. Makes the reindeer look all the more mysterious. The very fact that he’s looking at you makes you think that he’s spotted you and is poised to either run away or fight. Looks like he’s daring you to take a shot! Ready, aim…!
