Cool MySpace Backgrounds

I’m soooo hungry! Actually, I just had dinner an hour ago. Didn’t eat much, though, since the food kind of tasted bad… Too salty. I’m actually craving for a bit of McDonald’s cheeseburger and fries…. Hmmm… Yummy!!! What’s funny about McDonald’s french fries here in the Philippines is that each branch’s french fries sort of tastes different from the others. Is it just me, or would you agree? For instance, one of the McDonald’s branches here in Makati sort of tastes like sweet potato. And no, it’s not just them having a bad day. I’ve been there several times already and it still tastes like sweet potato… with salt.

All I can say about this MySpace background is… Yummy! What I would give to be able to reach into the screen and pull out real McDonald’s french fries! This MySpace background is very simple and very pristine. It’s predominantly white, giving it a clean and uncluttered appearance, and there you have the burger and large fries at the bottom left. It kind of looks like a cardboard cutout though, if you look at it carefully. And then there’s old Ronald McDonald the happy clown and poster boy of McDonald’s. He has his jolly face on, and his usual wave and pose similar to his statue that’s always situated in McDonald’s branches. The only thing that would make this MySpace background better is to have all McDonald’s buddies in the background with him as well. Speaking of which, there’s always been this ongoing debate… What exactly is Grimace?! Is he supposed to be a food that’s gone bad?! *LOL*

Honestly, the first time I watched High School Musical, I didn’t think that it was all that great. With the deluge of commercials and the countdown in Disney Channel promoting this movie, I had such high expectations for it. So high in fact, that the movie kind of fell short. The songs were all great as well as the dance scenes, but the plot itself was kind of too simple. When the movie ended, the only thing I thought was, “So that’s it?”

And then there was the High School Musical craze wherein everybody seemed to think it was great except for me. And then finally, because there were, in fact, just too many reruns of High School Musical, and since there was nothing better on TV I watched it, I eventually learned to like the movie.

This MySpace background is basically a collage of the cast of High School Musical– their group photos, to be exact. It kind of looks like something you’d see on a yearbook, which are of photos representing the best years and memories of High School. I actually got to watch the making of High School Musical, and it seemed like the actors all had fun making the movie. Which is what this MySpace background feels like for me…. a whole lot of fun. Among the many High School Musical MySpace backgrounds I’ve seen, this for me is actually the best. It shows friendship, camaraderie, and a whole lot of laughs and good times, which is what High School Musical is about.
