You basically have here a MySpace background that’s made to look like part of a comic strip. The scene here is of the hospital, and there you have a senior citizen for a patient and a doctor. Both these characters look so cute and cartoony, with the doctor wearing his scrubs and holding a stethoscope and clipboard, while you have the senior citizen faced backwards holding his butt. The scene and drawing itself already look quite funny, and the graphics are really great. And there at the bottom you have the line there that makes the whole cartoon a really funny joke.
