Ever since David Cook was proclaimed as the new American Idol, his song "Time of My Life" has been dominating the airwaves. Speaking of which, I found a really cute MySpace background over at www.codemylayout.com

And it’s Stewie!!! The man-talking sarcastic little baby of The Family Guy. I just looove that show! Cracks me up all the time! So anyways, here’s Stewie trying out for American Idol, with the trio of judges Randy, Paula and Simon. Wish I could have seen this episode. It would probably be a barrel of laughs! I love how very detailed the graphics are, that it actually captured the American Idol audition room to a tee. Randy and Simon look similar in their cartoon versions, with the exception of Paula. And what is with that outfit she’s wearing?! She always looks so classy in the show, but in here, she looks like a hooker with the fishnet-like things on her arms. That aside, it’s still one great MySpace background!

American Idol Season 7 has finally ended, with David Cook declared as the new American Idol. So for all of you who’s been following this show and is a really big fan of rock sensation David Cook, here’s a MySpace background for you. I got this over at www.mygirlyspace.com

This is a rather good picture of David Cook. He looks like he’s in a solo concert here rather than merely performing at American Idol. He looks like he’s intensely focusing on playing his electric guitar, about to sing the lyrics to his famous song, “Time of My Life”. This picture of him is really great, and I like the border black boxes with the gray wave things in there. The only thing I don’t like in this MySpace background is the blue and yellow backdrop. Too completely extreme colors, if you ask me, which aren’t quite put together and doesn’t really go so well. Aside from that, they’re sooo not rocker-type colors at all! It’s sooo not David Cook. Give me some colors that scream angst like black or gray or silver instead, not some cutesy pastels or primary colors.
