Simple Black MySpace Background

Myspace Backgrounds No Comments »

I really appreciate MySpace backgrounds that are very simple. Backgrounds are there simply as an add-on. It’s not supposed to dominate the whole MySpace page and thereby take away the attention of viewers to the focal point of the entire page, which happens to be your profile. If you want a MySpace background that’s simple but at the same time very cool, get a load of this… I discovered it over at www.mygirlyspace.com

I really adore anything that’s in black. It’s the all-time classic, whether in fashion, or basically in general. Black and white for me makes the ultimate tandem, just like in this MySpace background. In here you can see little swirls and twirls in white on the upper right and lower left side of the MySpace background. All of those curls and swirls look really elegant to me, and at the same time feminine and tres chic! I like the fact that it’s on opposite sides and doesn’t dominate the entire page. It makes the background look more simple, neat and clean.

Love MySpace Background

If you’re in love and you want to have it as a MySpace background theme, but don’t want one that’s too lovey-dovey with many sappy hearts and pinks and reds, this is something that I found for you! This is courtesy of www.mygirlyspace.com

What I like about this MySpace background is that it’s very simple and very understated. Here you have two polaroid pictures of feet belonging to a guy and a girl alongside each other. And there’s something awefully cute about it. Unlike the usual love MySpace backgrounds I see of couples kissing or touching, here you have feet of the guy and the girl, which in itself communicates a form of togetherness. And what I find really cool about this background is the notebook paper on the top left with ‘Do you love me?’ written on it, with an "X" on the yes option. This whole MySpace background is done in black and white, giving it far more depth and character than cutesy pink and red love MySpace backgrounds.

Dark Feminine MySpace Background

Myspace Backgrounds No Comments »

If you’re looking for a MySpace background that is feminine, classy, and simply rocks, check this out! I know that it sounds corny and cliche, but the moment I saw it, I fell in love with it! Isn’t this really gorgeous?! I found it over at www.codemylayout.com

This MySpace background is pretty simple, but oh so cool! Black is the all-time classic, and whatever color is put alongside it, it just becomes more brilliant! Just like the pinks and purples found in this MySpace background. Don’t you think that the pink and purple color is emphasized more because of all that black? I especially like the little artwork detail on the right side, which is a combination of swirls and twirls and little stars. I like the fact that it’s just on one side and doesn’t dominate the whole page, since it looks so simple but gives a bit of *oomph* all the same. It actually looks very clean and not very messy because it’s all just on one side. I especially like the pink starlight detail that seems to give off a star-like shine amidst all those swirls. It looks feminine, chic, and oh so perfect!

Rockstar MySpace Background

Myspace Backgrounds No Comments »

Me likey this little bit of picture. I got this from www.freecodesource.com

rockstar2.gif

It’s actually called “Rockstar”. It kind of looks like a kid’s painting with all the swirls and stars and the multitude of colors, but hey, it works for me. I just don’t quite get why they called this MySpace background “Rockstar”. When you say “rockstar”, it usually connotes fame and angst and singing all wrapped up into one. But this MySpace background doesn’t quite scream “Rockstar” to me. Shooting star, maybe… Or even star art. But “rockstar”?! Come on…

Well anyways, name aside, this Rockstar MySpace background looks really cool and unique with the colorful stars and cool swirls of blue, green, yellow, and pink. Also, the predominantly black color totally complements all the colors. To me, this would have made a pretty decent MySpace background, but when you preview it, apparently there’s animated shooting stars at the middle, of very different colors as well. And to me, that’s just too, too much. Having the left and right borders be very colorful is alright. But then you have the middle part inundated with too much color as well? It makes the whole background look quite tacky.

As a standalone, the background looks great. But together with the animated shooting stars? Totally destroyed it.

Black MySpace Background

I love the color black. They say that black is the all-classic color, and it gives a kind of understated elegance. I guess that it’s true in MySpace backgrounds also. If you want to diverge from the traditional white background color of MySpace and have something that screams “COOL!”, you can never go wrong with having a black MySpace background.

For instance, get a load of this which I found over at www.myspacelayoutsupport.com

If you want a kind of girly black MySpace background, then here it is! It’s black satin, and it looks super tempting to lay on. I like the curls and swirls of the satin here, and it looks great as a background to your MySpace page. If you want understated elegance and is someone who’s aiming for a feminine yet not-too-feminine look at the same time, then this is the perfect black MySpace background for you…

black-grunge2.jpg

Now me likey this black MySpace background. According to the website it’s actually called a “grunge black MySpace background”. Why is it grunge? I have absolutely no idea why. According to factmonster.com, grunge is “The label applied to a rock form featuring distorted guitars, whining vocals and flannel-shirt-wearing band members”. What grunge has to do with the butterfly-looking picture on the lower left side, I will never know. But who cares what it’s called anyways?! The lines and swirls look exotic and pretty, and this is a great and really cool background to have.

Black Animated MySpace Backgrounds

They say that black is the all classic color. It goes well everywhere, and it complements whatever color you partner it up with. If you want to have black as a base when choosing your MySpace background and want it to look really cutesy as well, why not try these black animated backgrounds?

I discovered these two really cool MySpace backgrounds at www.coolspacetricks.com.

black colorful stars animated
Get the codes for this here.

I really like this black animated MySpace background. I love the flashing colorful stars, because it looks like eye candy to me. I like that its colors are really unique as well, meaning real stars are never going to have that color ever. And it’s fun to see that because it kind of looks like Christmas lights to me. Especially since it’s nearing Christmas and all.

black bubbles rising animated
Get the codes here.

I call this the Under the Sea experience. Pretty neat, huh? It looks like real bubbles. It’s really cool to have the bubbles rising and all of that. The black backdrop prevents this MySpace background from looking too cutesy. All that’s lacking is maybe a fish, or maybe even a person taking a bath. *LOL*
