I’ve always had a thing for firefighters, especially after seeing William Baldwin in the movie Backdraft. I mean, what kind of girl can resist all of that testosterone packed into one sleek uniform?
Well anyway, while cruising on the Internet, I actually found this really cool website www.firefightermyspacelayouts.com that has all these firefighter myspace backgrounds.

This is the one that I really liked out of them all, which depicts the scene of firefighters on-the-go and to the rescue! This picture looks hot, dangerous, and action-packed all wrapped into one firefighting myspace background. I loved the way colors meshed together,while at the same time standing out in stark contrasts to one another. Having this as your myspace background would totally give your myspace page a little bit of oomph! It makes it more macho-looking, too!

I call it… The Lone Ranger! Er, I mean Firefighter!
I swear, if it weren’t for me finding this picture with the label ‘firefighter’ in it on the website, I would have thought that the guy in the picture was an ax murderer! *snicker* I mean there’s fire, and the guy is obviously a firefighter, so what’s he doing with an ax and not a hose? Is he going to cut some wood to make more kindling for the fire?!
Kidding aside, though, it’s also a cool firefighter myspace background. It’s simple, and I’d rather use this over the other one, simply because you don’t want the background to dominate your whole myspace page. A background is simply that–an additional eye candy that would make your myspace look more attractive. It’s just a backdrop. It’s not meant to overwhelm a person who’s looking at your myspace page that he’s gonna have a hard time looking at the text. Or that he looks more at the background than at your profile (which is the focal point of the whole myspace page, right?). So don’t overdo. As they say, K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Stupid!)
